Cyndi and Felipe are a Brazilian couple who decided to share with a small number of relatives and close friends the experience of a destination wedding in Italy, on the other side of the world. For the religious ceremony they chose the beautiful church of San Cristoforo sul Naviglio, in Milan, where Don Bruno, that in Italy is a Youtube star, celebrated the warmest of the Masses, singing and rejoicing with the bride and groom. I was struck by the affectionate and sympathetic way in which he welcomed them and made them feel at home, celebrating a touching and at the same time funny marriage. After the ceremony we headed to the old center of Milan, where between the Castello Sforzesco, Piazza Mercanti, Via Dante, Piazza Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele we set their portrait session. Then we went back to the restaurant where the party went on among touching speeches followed by tears of joy, good food and so much fun. Of this wedding I will always remember the warm hugs, the true friendship gazes and the wonderful moving speeches (I understand just a bit of Portuguese!). The delicacy and tenderness of this couple and their guests really touched my heart.
