They came across my website while googling Lake Como and sent me an email saying that they fell in love with the airy look and romantic style of my photos. Since they had a trip to Milan already scheduled in October, they decided to make a day trip to Lake Como for having their pre wedding photo shoot done. They aimed to include the following 3 components:
1. Villa del Balbianello (who doesn’t love it?)
2. The lake and mountains view
3. The charming and colourful lanes of Bellagio
I wrote the schedule fitting the above elements and I suggested to squeeze in also a boat tour, as this was the quickest way to go from Bellagio to Villa del Balbianello and also offered us the chance to take stunning photos of the lake and of the villa from the lake – you can see one of them just up here.

They booked a 3 hours session, so I finalised the shoot plan and contacted the villa manager to make the reservation while they locked in the venetian taxi boat and styled the outfits – I couldn’t decide which one of her dresses I loved the most… maybe the light blue one? Blue as the water, perfect for the airy look they were looking for. And what about his light coloured tailor made suit whit the brown suede shoes? Love, love, love!
